Uppity Bitches!

I am half laughing this morning and half appalled. I just read one of my hundred 1000 blogs I follow regularly and actually almost spit my coffee out through my nose!  Yeah, it was THAT funny.

Not funny in the way you would think though.  See, this blog is written by a really opinionated, (which I don't mind because I like opinions) self righteous (that is the part I have grown very disgusted with) individual.  She acts all high and mighty with her college degrees and tends to almost always looks down her nose at others. 

I have been told on numerous occasions by many how she does this and they do not like her but I am the type of person that makes my own decisions about people.  So, for many years I simply smiled, made polite and when we were left out of the crowd discussion I always attempted to strike up a conversation with her.  Most of the time she would attempt to say something quite demeaning that would turn normal people off but I always took it as a challenge thinking oh well.  She is just a different nut from a different tree. So what right?

Everyone always sneered behind her back and rolled their eyes in response to things she said.  However, I always attempted to get to know her, even locating her blog and reading her "inside" thoughts.  What better way to get to know someone than through their blog right?  I mean gosh, our blogs are really an open door into our inner most thoughts, wishes and not to mention accounts of our daily lives.

So, anyways, on with my point huh? My point is this. I am ranting today about not this individual in particular but those in this world like her.  You know those type that either walk around looking like they have a corn cob stuck up their ass because they are so prissy (remembering a particular girl in high school here) or walk around looking so damn frumpy in their tattered clothes because they are just too busy doing something "scholarly" to complete basic functions of life (like bathing or getting dressed properly).

How dare the rest of us "low" people suggest that they shit, fart, burp like the rest of the world! How dare we say something that may challenge their point of view because after all theirs is "the" only one around.  (They DID go to college after all and probably have their masters, PHD or whatever else and are wayyyyy smarter than the rest of the world.)

I am sure you have someone in your life that has crossed your path in these uppity manners at one point or another.  But, do not fear.  Somewhere along the way at least 1/2 of them worked at a fast food joint somewhere in their beginning just like the rest of us.  So, just think about this when they are spouting their nonsense to those around them: The uppity bitches DO shit. The uppity bitches DO fart (and some in their sleep haha!). The uppity bitches DO burp. And best of all somewhere along the way they most likely had to clean a bathroom at least once in their fast food career!
