Where the hell have I been?

Well, let me tell you where the hell I have been.  I have been in bed!
And before you get all dirty minded or jealous thinking I am having fantastic hubby's on vacation sex (sorry Aubrey, Sarah and Nay Nay! Mom's not too old yet!) or even more jealous thinking I am getting tons of catch up lazy sleep or even laying around watching tons of reality tv or marathons of Criminal Minds take a deep breath get your coffee and put on your sympathy coat. 

Why you ask? Well, besides the fact that I told you to, we were in a wreck last Saturday.  A wreck that was totally stupid and to this day makes me shake my head. Mainly because in my few 24 years of driving I have never heard of something as stupid as this. 

We were sitting at a red light  A FUCKING red light people!  A red light in the USA means STOP and wait!  I say this because it seems that not everyone got the memo on this because the lady behind us for whatever reason just didn't hit her brakes and instead slammed into the back of our STOPPED (at a red light) van. 

And the funniest most irritating thing was that the passenger in her vehicle starting yelling at me like it was my fault.  Yeah.  I know.  They hit US. At a red light (did I mention that fact?). I was the PASSENGER in our vehicle and somehow it was my fault. 

Nice..........

A few facts you are probably wondering about:

• No, they are not dead.  I did not rip them out of their vehicle and murder them.
• Yes, everyone is ok.  Although hubs and I are VERY sore. 
• The van is still drivable if you want to call a horrible pull to the right, a sliding door that will not close correctly and a possible bent frame drivable. 
• Yes, everyone had insurance. 

So, there.  That's where the hell I've been.
